Effective 6 September 2026 · ANB Mobility Pvt. Ltd.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ANB Mobility services, including Customer and Rider accounts, local ride services, intercity transport booking, payments, support and related digital features.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing the ANB Mobility app or website, requesting or providing a mobility service, purchasing a ticket, using ANB AI or otherwise using ANB Mobility services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
ANB Mobility accounts are intended for users aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting access to your phone, OTP authentication and account. You must not create an account using another person's identity without lawful authority.
3. ANB Mobility platform
ANB Mobility provides digital tools that may connect Customers, Riders, vehicle partners and transport operators and may facilitate ride requests, ticket bookings, trip information, communications, payments and support. Specific transport services may be performed by Riders or transport operators using or connected with the platform, subject to applicable agreements and law.
4. Local ride requests
Customers may request available mobility services based on pickup, destination, vehicle category, service area and availability. Estimates shown before booking may depend on route, distance, traffic, applicable pricing rules and other operational factors. A ride request does not guarantee immediate availability of a Rider.
5. Intercity tickets and transport operators
ANB Mobility may allow users to search, reserve or purchase seats for intercity transport operated by participating transport operators. Schedules, vehicle information, seat availability, boarding details and service operation may depend on the relevant operator. Users must provide correct passenger and contact information when making a booking.
6. Fares, prices and service charges
Applicable fare, ticket price, discount, promotional benefit, commission, service charge or other amount may be displayed in the app before or during the relevant transaction where practicable. Pricing may differ by service type, distance, location, operator, vehicle type, promotion or other applicable service rules.
7. Payments
ANB Mobility may support cash, digital payment providers, wallet features or other payment methods made available within the service. When a third-party payment provider is selected, that provider's terms, availability and processing requirements may also apply. Users must not submit false payment evidence or attempt unauthorized payment transactions.
8. Cancellations, refunds and adjustments
Cancellation, refund or adjustment eligibility may depend on the service type, trip or ticket status, timing, operator rules, payment status and applicable law. Any service-specific cancellation or refund rules shown in the ANB Mobility app or booking flow form part of these Terms for that transaction.
9. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, passenger and contact information; behave lawfully and respectfully; avoid misuse of Rider or operator contact details; pay applicable fares and charges; and follow reasonable safety and service instructions. Users must not intentionally damage vehicles, threaten others or use the platform for unlawful activity.
10. Rider and mobility-partner responsibilities
Riders and participating mobility partners must maintain required licences, vehicle documents, insurance or other eligibility records applicable to their role; provide accurate onboarding information; follow applicable transport and safety laws; and provide services in accordance with ANB Mobility operational requirements and any applicable Rider or partner agreement.
11. Safety and emergencies
ANB Mobility may provide safety, trip tracking, support or reporting tools, but users remain responsible for following applicable road, transport and personal-safety requirements. ANB Mobility support is not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire or other emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency authority.
12. Promotions, rewards and referrals
Promotions, discounts, rewards or referral benefits may be subject to eligibility requirements, usage limits, expiry dates, service areas and other campaign-specific conditions. ANB Mobility may reject or reverse benefits obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulation or misuse.
13. Ratings, reviews and communications
Users may be able to submit ratings, reviews, complaints and support messages. Such content must be lawful, relevant and not abusive, fraudulent, threatening or intentionally misleading. ANB Mobility may review relevant trip and account information when investigating complaints or safety incidents.
14. ANB AI and automated assistance
ANB AI may provide general assistance regarding ANB Mobility services. AI-generated responses may contain mistakes or may not reflect the latest account-specific information. ANB AI should not be treated as emergency, legal, financial or safety-critical advice. For sensitive, unresolved or account-specific issues, use ANB Mobility Human Support.
15. Third-party services
ANB Mobility may rely on or connect with third-party services such as mapping, payment, cloud infrastructure, communication or AI providers. Availability or functionality of those services may also depend on the relevant third party's systems and terms.
16. Prohibited use
You must not attempt to interfere with platform security, bypass access controls, scrape or misuse private data, create fraudulent accounts, impersonate another person, manipulate fares or promotions, submit false documents, abuse support systems, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law, or use ANB Mobility for illegal or harmful activity.
17. Suspension and termination
ANB Mobility may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, account verification, unpaid obligations, repeated violations, abuse, legal requirements or material breach of these Terms or applicable Rider or partner rules. Where appropriate, users may contact support regarding a restriction or account decision.
18. Intellectual property
ANB Mobility names, logos, software, interface designs, original content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to ANB Mobility unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not grant users ownership of ANB Mobility intellectual property.
19. Privacy and personal data
Personal data is processed according to the ANB Mobility Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains categories of information, service providers, location data, payment information, AI Support, retention, security and account-deletion requests.
20. Service availability
ANB Mobility does not guarantee that every service, vehicle, Rider, operator, route, payment method or feature will be available at every location or at all times. Availability may change because of demand, connectivity, maintenance, regulation, operational limitations or circumstances outside reasonable control.
21. Disclaimers and limitation of responsibility
ANB Mobility aims to provide reliable digital mobility services, but no online platform can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANB Mobility is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party service outages, inaccurate information supplied by a user or operator, or misuse of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Changes to these Terms
ANB Mobility may update these Terms when services, laws, operational practices or platform features materially change. The current version and effective date will be published through an appropriate ANB Mobility channel. Continued use after an applicable update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
